Agents

We employ candidates who are Graduates (Any field) or have a Diploma in Hotel Management. All the agents possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English, with strong customer orientation, self-driven, assertive, and enjoy interacting with people.

They are Graduates in the age group of 27-30 years with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Customer Service & Relationship Management. Previous experience of handling a team of 50 with a consistent & successful track record (preferably with financial services/ call center background) is necessary.

Managers

Graduate/MBA in the age group of 30- 34 years, with minimum 7-8 years relevant experience in relationship management and have successfully handled operations of a large team (100 to 200) as profit center head with consistent & successful track record. Candidates from financial services and IT enabled industries are hired. They posses excellent Communication & Leadership Skills, Analytical Skills, People Management skills and are Result & Customer focused.
